Connect TikTok
TikTok connects through TikTok’s own Login Kit. Three things make the connection work, and Fohr names all three on the TikTok connect screen:
| What you need | Why |
|---|---|
| An active TikTok account with content | Fohr reads your video metrics, so an empty account gives brands nothing to evaluate. |
| Every requested permission approved | TikTok asks you to authorize profile info, follower stats, video list, video insights, and creator analytics. Declining any of them can leave the connection broken. You can revoke access later in TikTok’s own settings. |
| A Creator or Business account (recommended) | Fohr recommends one for the best analytics access. A personal account still connects. |
Fohr also recommends joining TikTok One, formerly Creator Marketplace, from TikTok > Profile > Menu > TikTok Studio > TikTok One. It isn’t required, and it enables Spark Ads authorization and further brand collaboration features.
TikTok connections are long-lived, so unlike Instagram, reconnecting regularly generally isn’t needed.

Troubleshooting

Changing your TikTok password, or revoking Fohr’s access from TikTok’s own settings, disconnects it from Fohr. Reconnect it from Connect Accounts.
